These terms describe the basic rules for using LLC Port and purchasing services through the site.
Using LLC Port
LLC Port helps coordinate business formation and related services. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure, and use the service lawfully. A verification code is personal to you and should not be shared.
Orders and payment
Prices and package details are shown during checkout. An order is not complete until payment is confirmed. Third-party payment processing is subject to Stripe’s terms, and government or third-party filing fees may be identified separately during the order flow.
Annual plan and automatic renewal
The annual plan is a recurring yearly charge. By providing your card information at checkout you authorize Lygal INC to charge that card the annual amount when you order and again on each yearly renewal date, at the then-current price, until the plan is cancelled. The card on file is charged automatically, so no further action is needed to renew. You can cancel at any time before a renewal date by contacting LLC Port through the support channel included in your order communications; cancelling stops future yearly charges and the plan stays active through the period already paid for. Renewal charges already processed are not automatically refunded.
Service scope
Package descriptions explain the services included at the time of purchase. Filing timelines depend on government offices, banks, and other third parties. LLC Port does not promise approval, a particular processing time, tax outcome, banking relationship, or legal result.
Communications
We may send payment updates and onboarding information to the email associated with your order. Wayfront access instructions, when available, are delivered through the service setup process. You can contact support if the email on an order needs to be corrected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is posted here. If you have a question about an order or these terms, contact LLC Port through the support channel included in your order communications.
